Landon Homes’ award-winning plan in Rowlett is now open

The Dallas Builders Association’s Home of the Week is the 2021 McSam Award winner Landon Homes’ Jasmine 15 plan. Located at 3517 Petals Place in the Magnolia Landing community of Rowlett, this plan is open for viewing.

Landon Homes has developed new cottage and artisan designs for Magnolia Landing. The price-driven marketplace was the perfect place for this new product, according to a company spokesperson. These homes are environmentally friendly and appeal to buyers from all stages of life. Creative designs showcase functionality and flexible space, and are priced under $ 350,000.

Magnolia Landing single family country homes are located on 40 foot lots with rear entry garages. They offer residents the opportunity to reside in a ‘mews’, a concept that features open spaces where neighbors can come together for recreation, relaxation and a sense of community.

Magnolia Landing also offers Craftsman style homes on 60 foot lots with garage at the entrance. They’re designed for empty nesters, moving buyers and everything in between, the spokesperson said.

Northeast of Dallas, the growing town of Rowlett is nestled on the shores of Lake Ray Hubbard and located next to the Bush Turnpike, making it easy to get to downtown Dallas.

Magnolia Landing homes range from 1,429 to 3,084 square feet of living space. Cottage designs start at $ 330 and Craftsman homes start at $ 430.

Landon Homes is a visionary locally owned and operated home builder. For more than 30 years, the Landon name has been synonymous with quality, commitment to customer satisfaction and value, the spokesperson said.
