‘Sunrise’ community has nearly 500 new homes for sale in Surprise | Lifestyle and travel news

SURPRISE, AZ (3TV / CBS 5) – As Surprise becomes one of West Valley’s fastest growing neighborhoods, a home builder has announced that it has started selling homes in a newly developed part of town.

“Sunrise”, a community created by Landsea Homes was launched with 476 single family homes encapsulated in three different neighborhoods. It is located in the Williams and Deer Valley Roads area, just off US 60.

Big retailers like Marshalls, Five Below, Ulta, PetSmart, and Sprouts Farmers Market have already signed on.

“Sunrise offers homebuyers an exciting opportunity to enjoy three collections of high performance homes that deliver exceptional quality of life in a location that is experiencing the fastest growing region in the region,” said Todd Condon, vice president of Arizona division sales and marketing for Landsea Homes.

The 130-acre community includes homes that start in the top $ 300,000 with square footage ranging from 1,315 to 3,240. Individual options vary with upgrades available for up to six bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The Sunrise Canyon collection features open plan spaces bathed in natural light. Sunrise Valley homes are designed for family living with carefully thought-out interior spaces and mid-level floor plans ranging from 1,776 to 2,868 square feet. Meanwhile, the Sunrise Peak series details open living spaces with seamless indoor-outdoor spaces that allow flexibility.

Landsea Homes says the homes include a REME HALO air purifier feature and modifications available through the company’s LiveFlex program, which allows for customization of the floor plan. The community has a central park, active open spaces, walking and cycling trails.
