TEEN Mom Maci Bookout and her husband, Taylor McKinney, lost $ 339,000 on a massive 48-acre property in Tennessee.

The Sun can exclusively reveal Maci, 29, and Taylor, 32, bought 48 acres of land for $ 339,000 in Cleveland, Tennessee on March 22, 2021.

According to real estate websites, the property is described as “a serene country setting that offers just the right amount of privacy while still being convenient for the city.”

“This country retreat offers lots of wildlife and lots of privacy.”

Websites urge buyers to “build their dream home” on the land.

Maci and Taylor currently live in a 4 bedroom, 4 bath Tennessee mansion just minutes from the grounds with their children Bentley, 12, Jayde, 6, and Maverick, 5.

The 3,558 square foot home, built in 2007, features cathedral ceilings, two floors of windows, a fireplace, a garage for four and more cars.

The kitchen, in which Maci turned for Teen Mom OG, includes granite countertops and island, as well as stainless steel sink and appliances.

The stairs and the fireplace have stacked stones.

The house sits on a 6.87 acre property.

In addition to Teen Mom OG, Maci and her husband own a clothing business TTM Lifestyle.

Maci isn’t the first Teen Mom star to buy land.

Former Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska has built a $ 418,000 dream farm in South Dakota.

She shares the home with her husband, Cole DeBoer, and their four children.

Kailyn Lowry from Teen Mom 2 purchased 4.29 acres of land in Hartly, Delaware for $ 99,000 on March 3, 2021.

The MTV star revealed in December that she was “under contract for land” and was planning to build the house of her dreams.

She revealed on her Coffee Convos podcast with co-star Lindsie Chrisley, “We’re going to the establishment next month. I’m great, great, super excited about it.

“I don’t know exactly when we’re going to innovate, just because I’m guessing because of Covid… So I’ll have the land anyway. I’m not doing any land in a development. constructor -in.

“It’s like the earth itself. I hope to innovate in early 2021. But we’ll see. I guess it just depends on the bank.”
