BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The 2021 Space Coast Home Builders and Contractors Association – Beautiful Homes Tour parade of homes, which ends on October 10, has provided a lot of food for thought for homebuyers in the county.
The highly successful event celebrates its 53rd anniversary with all the bells and whistles found in 20 house models by 12 of Brevard’s top builders.
“For over half a century, the HBCA has showcased Brevard’s best builders and craftsmen,” said Christina Slate, President of the Space Coast HBCA.
Designed to showcase Brevard’s exceptional new homes in all price ranges, the runway was a cornucopia of possibilities in design, style and comfort.
Scott Cronenberg, for example, was eager to see what Christopher Burton Luxury Homes was doing with his entry this year.
Cronenberg, a retail mortgage branch manager with US Bank, has close ties to the parade, as US Bank is this year’s signing sponsor.
“US Bank is a primary construction and renovation lender in Brevard and we make a lot of loans across the county,” Cronenberg said.
Cronenberg, along with the many other visitors, were not disappointed with Christopher Burton’s 4,850 square foot entryway, The Andros at Adelaide in Viera.
Burton, along with Elan Builders, Viera Builders, AR Homes by Arthur Rutenberg, Joyal Homes and Rosewood Homes, exhibited exceptional residences in Viera, chosen this year as the showcase community for the parade.

For 2021, the Viera company has focused on its three growing regional trade hubs in an area that is among the top 20 blueprint communities in the country and is home to some of the best restaurants, shops, medical / professional services and lifestyle opportunities. in central Florida.
At Pineda Interchange District, the new Costco is expected to debut before the end of the year. Luna, the six-story above-retail residential project, and Pearl multi-family will make downtown Viera the center of it all.
Entertainment, experiential dining and leisure options loom on the horizon in the northern extension of the park in downtown Viera.
While Viera is Showcase Community, other sections of the county were also in the spotlight. The community of The Greens de Mims Golf Course in Indian River Preserve, for example, is home to DR Horton’s Cali, affordably priced at $ 301,330, but packed with features like an open plan floor plan, covered veranda integral, a flexible room and a kitchen with sink island.

The builder has revealed additional versions of the Cali at Cypress Bay in the upcoming Emerald Lakes in southern Palm Bay, the Stonebriar Preserve, also Palm Bay and Adamson Creek in Cocoa.
Builders have tackled trends such as multigenerational suites with models such as DiPrima’s Pacifica, located in Melbourne’s thriving Eber Rd. Neighborhood.
Four virtual entrances encompassed everything from Halco Inc.’s total kitchen, bathroom and family room makeover from a home in The Sanctuary to ultra-luxury – and beachfront – Ocean Pearl. by Joyal Homes. Apis Cor’s virtual entrance to its Impreza model represents the first 3D printed house to be built on the Space Coast.
“Despite the challenges we face as a result of the pandemic, the Space Coast has continued to build and sell a record number of homes,” Slate added.
